Performance Marketer – Paid Ads Specialist Job in Pune
Awrange is looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist / Ads Manager to manage and optimize digital ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and other key platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of paid media strategy, campaign execution, and performance analysis to drive leads, conversions, and ROI for projects in healthcare, training, and social impact domains.
- Plan, launch, and optimize high-performing ad campaigns across platforms including Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
- Create and manage paid media funnels aligned with business goals and target audiences
- Perform A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bidding strategy optimization
- Monitor daily campaign performance, troubleshoot delivery issues, and adjust strategies based on real-time results
- Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams to ensure ad creatives and messaging align with campaign objectives
- Track KPIs including CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPL, and overall conversion performance
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting campaign performance and key insights
- Stay updated with the latest ad platform updates, industry trends, and performance marketing best practices
Key Responsibilities for Paid Ads Specialist Job in Pune
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Proficient in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics (preferably GA4), and conversion tracking setup
- Solid understanding of audience targeting, funnel strategy, and campaign optimization
- Experience in managing budgets, scaling campaigns, and maximizing ROI
- Familiarity with landing page optimization, pixel implementation, and remarketing strategy
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights and present data effectively
- Experience with lead generation campaigns, particularly in healthcare, training, or social outreach domains (preferred)
