This is usually a different problem than a low ranking. If your business isn’t appearing at all, check first for a suspension notice in your Google Business Profile dashboard (common causes include a mismatched address, multiple listings for the same location, or a recent name change), or confirm the listing hasn’t been accidentally marked as permanently closed by an incorrect edit suggestion.
